Job Summary:

We are seeking a diligent Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to shipping, receiving, inspecting, storing, issuing, and delivering materials, equipment, and supplies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

  • Complete shipments by processing and loading orders efficiently.
  • Safely operate powered industrial equipment, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.
  • Utilize warehouse equipment as needed to fulfill tasks effectively.
  • Schedule, move, weigh, stock, receive, and pack inbound and/or outbound warehouse products accurately.
  • Load and unload trucks with precision and care.
  • Utilize JDE, RFS, and RF technology proficiently to manage inventory movement and shipping processes.
  • Bring raw materials to the work center promptly and efficiently.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory levels and participate in inventory counts as required.
  • Ensure accurate labeling, packaging, and inventory management at all times.
  • Conduct inspections to identify and report damaged products promptly.
  • Complete all necessary documents accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Adhere to 5S standards, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the work area.
  • Follow all Safety, Environmental, and Quality policies and procedures diligently.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Experience and Education:

  • Work under general supervision, handling basic issues and referring more complex issues to higher-level staff.
  • Possess solid working knowledge of warehouse operations.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience, including experience driving powered industrial equipment.
  • Certification in powered industrial equipment operation preferred.

Competencies/Skills:

  • Ability to interpret work instructions accurately.
  • Proficient in following written and verbal directions effectively.
  • Basic verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic mathematical skills required for inventory management.
  • Clerical skills for documentation purposes.
  • Ability to lift/move heavy objects safely.
  • Physical stamina to sustain performance in a demanding environment.
  • Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with ERP systems.
